The Coronavirus crisis is unlike anything brands or companies, big and small, have ever seen, making branding and communications efforts tricky and confusing. Add to that maintaining a trusted brand through the crisis, and even the most experienced communications professionals can get tripped up.

I had the opportunity to work with the Tampa Bay Chamber, as part of a collective of central Florida Chambers of Commerce, and participate in a panel discussion about branding, crisis communications and maintaining a trusted brand during this crisis.

There’s some great insight from this panel, so take a look and listen, and let me know what you think!
